2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates provided by Menzies, whether online, by phone, or in person, are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change following an in-person inspection of the project site. A final price will be confirmed in your written contract before work begins.

3. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. All content on this website, including our name, logo, photos, and text, is the property of Menzies Concrete Coatings LLC and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

4. Communications & Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number to Menzies, whether through our website, over the phone, or in person, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Menzies related to your project, including estimates, scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, invoicing, and warranty service.

If you opt in to promotional text messages, you also consent to receive occasional messages about seasonal offers, discounts, and company updates.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for your project will be set out in your written contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the installation. Late or disputed payments may be subject to the terms outlined in your signed contract.

6. Warranty

Work performed by Menzies is covered by our 15-Year Residential Warranty, provided separately at the time of your contract. The warranty document, including its coverage and exclusions, governs any warranty claim and takes precedence over any general statements made on this website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menzies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our services, beyond the remedies specifically provided in your written contract and warranty. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
